Stroller Strides is at Gilbert Gateway Towne Center!
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10am.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that new moms can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercize tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exercizer. Just bring you, your baby and the stroller! It is a great opportunity to get in shape, bond with your baby and meet other working or expecting moms!
